The hotel had huge rooms which were very nice. the food was great and the staff was very helpful. One staff member was fluent in English. the hotel had plenty of parking spots and was located less than 5 minutes away from a public pool.
Most of the staff could only speak German which made it difficult to communicate at times.

The hotel was in a convenient location, just a short walk from a public pool. the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of parking available.
It would have been more convenient if more staff members spoke English for better communication.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious and plentiful; we particularly liked the homemade cookies and hot cocoa. The rooms were quite large and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the local public pool and easily accessible by car.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as most of the staff only spoke German. This made it difficult to communicate our needs or ask questions.
